At KCH Brokerage, your happiness is our top priority. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your item is returned in its original condition. Just keep in mind that if the item gets damaged while in your care, we won't be able to process a refund.

If you need to return something, please reach out to our friendly customer service team before 5 PM CDT within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. We'll guide you through the simple return process and help make your return or exchange as smooth as possible.

- Assets currently pledged as loan collateral
- Units exhibiting accident-related damage

TIMING & PROCESS
We'll start your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. While we process everything quickly, please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
